Standards
I am committed to your student's success. I know my enthusiasm and encouragement will help your student build confidence and a positive attitude and maximize his/her academic growth. Likewise, the following policies and standards have been designed to ensure your student's success.
Commitment and Consistency:
Irregular attendance may be detrimental to improving your student's growth. I recommend your student to attend 2-3 hours per week. I will work with you to find a schedule that is convenient for you and your family.
Attendance
In case of an unavoidable, necessary session cancellation, please notify me by noon on the day of instruction. Your student is allowed up to 30 days from the date absent to make up the excused absence. In case of planned vacations and school functions, please give notice one week prior to the absence. You will be charged for no-shows and unexcused absences, and no make-ups will be provided in these cases. Tuition will not be prorated for excused or unexcused absences.
Tuition
Tuition is based on an hourly rate according to your payment method. A $25 service charge will be added for any return checks. Tuition for pre-paid programs is due in full by the 1st instructional hour of the program. Refunds are available and will be calculated at the $40 per hour rate for the remaining hours of instruction not used.
